    Did you use natural hormone replacement? It's different and doesn't have the CA risk like the progesterin they use that isn't the same as what our bodies produce.

    Maybe it is because it's endurance. Hitting pause makes me feel like I'm taking too many breaks lol I don't know, I was going to go back to gym styles but I'll do legs tomorrow and see how I do.

    I was discouraged starting STS yesterday. I can lift so much heavier with the slow & heavy series, I had to drop down for STS. Also, the amount of moving equipment around is something to get used to. I had to hit pause "alot". Anyone else find they had to lift lighter when starting?

    CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR JAN 27, 2011

    I ended up working out to Cathe's Gym Style triceps and chest. I then added on ab circuits weights and plates. Ended with 15 side planks with a hold for 30 seconds each side. Tomorrow I'm working a double so will do Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps on Saturday. :)
