    I found a great way to prevent my shoulders from bruising when doing a front squat in meso 3. My husband has some knee pads with straps which he bought from Home Depot when he was installing our laminate floor, and I am putting them on my shoulders so that the heavy barbell doesnt bruise them...

    Error in workout card #13

    The Flat Bench Triceps Extension on the card its listed with dumbbells and calculated for the dumbbells, but on the disc it is performed with a barbell and the weight is obviously different. Please correct that if possible. Thanks: Krasy

    Why 11 workouts and not the logical 12?

    Dear Cathe, would you please explain why are there only 11 workouts, and not 12? I think if we are to use them with STS weight training, and that is 3 times a week, isn't cadio supposed to be 3 times a week also? And that would make 12 for the month?
