    Hi ladies , Today I did 60 minutes on the elliptical and then 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some light dumbbell work for biceps, shoulders and a plate exercise for all of upper body . Looks like everyone is getting in some great workouts!! Keep up the great work!

    Hi ladies, Oh boy, I. Am. Beat!! I just did the latest YouTube Taebo with my boxing gloves on it was an hour of non stop mostly balanced high energy workout called Power Hour if anyone wants to look it up. He finished on the floor for some tough abs that I modified. Nice workouts ladies!

    Hi ladies, Today was weights at the gym, sled and floorwork. 80 minutes. Managed a new sled push personal record of 718!!! It was a bear to get started and even to keep pushing but I did with a complete stranger yelling at me the whole time,LOL! Nice workouts!!
