    Cathe - can PH, MIS and BM be done consecutively?

    They all involve weights to some degree - and I love them all. Can I do them consecutively and then do a day of cardio or perhaps an off day, or did you design them to have a cardio/break day in between each workout? Thanks! Beth

    Disintegrating dynaband

    Has anyone else's dynaband ripped mid-exercise? Mine did twice this past weekend. Is this common, or are there ways to maximize the life of these things? Is it like my swim cap that requires a dusting of powder after each use before storage or what? Thanks! Beth

    She sure does!! We haven't been to Bonaire, but we were in Curacao last year, and just got back from Roatan. We're debating between Belize and Turks/Caicos for our next trip. I'd love to hear your thoughts on Belize when you get back! Have a fantastic time!!! Beth
