I have a question about rewinding on demand, my question is for example if the exercise is bicep curls and let say it runs about a minute then moves to the next exercise after the minute is over (let say triceps)if I miss most of the exercise of biceps and it’s starts playing the triceps...

Last night looking over Cathe’s rotations I noticed that the ICE series has a rotation called “level 3” it looks challenging I’m excited to do it after I’m done with STS 2.0/Xtrain. Has anyone done this rotation before?

Did this workout today and I have to say I loved it!!! The one minute breaks were so good and made it easy to set up for next set. Cathe’s instructions and form pointer is so great and helpful. The cast is so awesome!!!! Saturday is Total Body and I’m excited to try it

Hi ladies I’m just wondering what’s the difference between downloads and having On demand? Is it because downloads you don’t need Wi-Fi? I apologize for this silly question but I’ve alway wondered if there’s a benefit to downloads thank you

love this workout Used 10’s,8’s 12lb and 20lb. I need to add 1 more lower body workout to my rotation to work on my glutes more. Wanna work more on glutes “No granny butt here” Just curious what has worked for you? Any advice?

STS circuit Blast is such a great workout!! I hope it shows up on more rotations. I’m really enjoying March’s rotation. I was doing Xtrain 90 day rotation but I wanted to mix things up.
