    Medical Illustrations: AWESOME

I agree, Cathe and SNM are on top of their game. I couldn't believe it when I was reading the blog. I just keep thanking my lucky stars I preordered the first day! STS is definitely going to provide everyone so much more. I have always been interested in seeing an illustration of the muscles...

    Downloadable Stickers!! Thanks!!!

Thank you Cathe/SNM for making this downloadable. Since I didn't want to print a whole sheet of each DVD I was able to copy the images of the ones I needed to my Avery address label, and they came out great! Thank you again for everything that you offer, and do for us :-)

    Decisions Decisions!

If you're only thinking of getting 1 DVD this time, then I would probably get the KPC + Legs & Glutes. I think KPC is just so much fun, and you're also getting a great leg workout from it, and you'll also have the Legs and Glutes. But, if your budget can allow for 2 DVDs, then definitely KPC +...

Can't find my Gym Style Legs workout- is Legs and Glutes ok substitute?

Hi Jaime, Not Cathe here, but I have both DVDs and I think Legs & Glutes would be just fine as a substitution. There are differences, but you'll still get a great workout from Legs and Glutes. From what I can remember, the difference between the 2 is that GS Legs uses a resistance band...

    Glute work?

I second the Butts and Gutts suggestion. Loved how it got rid of my saddle bags too!

    Thank you Cathe

Just wanted to let you know how excited I am about your new series. I preordered around midnight ET on the first day of presale, which was around 9 PM for me. Based on what I've seen from all the workouts you have put out, I just know that this is going to be even greater than what is out...

    help deciding on dvds?

The ones you're looking at are all very good. I agree with A-Jock, Drill Max is a good one to get too, even though you're already planning to get Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance. There is minimal use of the step in Drill Max and the style is very athletic. I am always out of breath while doing...

    help deciding on dvds?

Hi Sharid, I don't have some of the DVDs from both series, but from what I have they're both really good. Depending on your level, the Hardcore series is rated Intermediate/Advanced while the Intensity series is rated Advanced. Have you tried viewing clips of the DVDs from both series...

Please read this very brief post

Hi Cathe, Am I correct in understanding that each DVD will hold one hour of exercise only and premixes to be on a separate DVD which is the reason for 37 DVDs total? Thx
