    time on premix for LIS/HIS DVD

    I do the Double Cardio premix at least once a week and my premix menu indicates that it is 57 minutes in length and that is exactly how long it is. It's one of my favorite all-cardio workouts. Not sure why you have 89 minutes....

    Dumbbell Stand used in 4DS & STS

    I bought a two-tiered Gold's Gym dumbbell rack at Fleet Farm for about $25! It holds my 3# db's up to my 25# dbs with space left for 1-30lb db if necessary. It's awesome and I love it!!

    Cardio in 4 DS ?

    Lower Intensity Step is just under 30 minutes and Higher Intensity Step is just abuot 27 minutes long. Both are great! HIS is definitely tricky (the 3rd combo is the tricky one) BUT once you get it is very fun!! LIS isn't too difficult but don't let "lower intesity" fool you, it's a great workout.

    Step, Jump and Pump

    This is probably my most favorite Cathe DVD (although I completely love the new HIS & LIS). At least once a week I pull out SJP and do one of the premixes. I love both the SB & the SJP step routines and I can't get enough of the Hi/Lo from SJP!! Also, I like the abs section on this DVD too.

    Double Upper Body BM2
