    We purchased our mattress over a year ago and just love it. We tried to put a pillowtop on our old mattress but it didn't work. Our mattress is very comfortable and we are sleeping much better at night.

    I am getting my first garmin next week and I can't wait. If a garmin is not in your budget and you have an iPhone or Droid there are software programs that have similar functions. I have been using runkeeper on my iPhone to keep track of my mileage and pace.

    I have the same problem and I have found that Cardio Coach really helps. The intervals are distracting enough that I am not counting the seconds until I am done.

    workouts/rotations for weight loss

    I agree that diet is the biggest factor but I do well when I combine moderate weight lifting (Gym Style) with 5 days of cardio. That really burns the fat off for me.
