    Hello Happydance, Lisa and Scubagirl! Lisa - HSTA is a good workout! I like the variety - you do a cardio blast, leg presses (and you do oh so many) then an upper body routine. I think there are 5 intervals all together. I'd say if you have the money to spend and need a good new workout...
