    when working on an incline do you feel that you have to stay right at the top of the incline or front part of the treadmill or is running in the middle of the treadmill still getting the max potential of the incline? I just feel like I am cheating if I run back and in the middle of the treadmill.

    I'm hoping all this hill climbing will tone my butt finally! I have such a hard time getting that area right under the butt and the outside part of the butt thats where my little fat pocket is and wont budge. Hopefully these will help me with those areas.

    I am surprised that I am not sore from GS lastnight. I can tell that I worked my bis but I am not sore at all. I thought my shldrs would be, I went heavy and had to drop down on a couple of exercises. Thanks Debbie for your help.

    Cardio Coach #8 - You all were right!

    I did this one lastnight for the 3rd time. I burned almost a 1000 calories in an hr. I love love this workout! Its very challenging, both physically and mentally.

    this workout kicked my butt more than volume 8. Dont know if it was the combo of hills/sprints but man I didnt even finish the last challenge which was an option after those 6 sprints. sprints for some reason seem to do me in.
