I just went to the site to order extra pads for my slide & glide disks and don't see them anywhere? What happened? How soon will they be back on the site again? Once this set wears out that's it; I'll have to make do with them until the pads (and the disks) return- if they are returning.

Here's a suggestion. Since there's a Forums App, why not come up with a Cathe Fitness App (similar to what BeachBody has with their P90X App). Now you can carry your workouts on your smartphone (or have the ability to create a routine on your app). What do you think?

Can anyone out there come up with a rotation that includes a combination of "Intensity" 's bootcamp and Hiit with a little of "Afterburn" plus some STS in between. I really could use something that will kick up my metabolism without crucifying my poor ol' joints. I'd appreciated greatly.

I AGREE! I agree on this issue. Making this a "closed" glove with padding on the palm as opposed to being open the way it is right now makes perfect sense; plus I agree with the previous postings about reinforcing the hole on the thumb side of the glove (I use the gloves for other workouts...

I've yet to do this series of ab exercises, but, for those of you who have hardwood or any type of hard floor surface ; have you tried using the Super Sliders with felt padding at the bottom? (I have a tiled surface and believe you me, I did the legs workout of Meso#1 and BOY,IT WON'T LET YOU CHEAT!

I don't have carpeting. Will Super Sliders work on flat surfaces (like smooth flat tile flooring)?
