IMHO, Upper body segment from Pure Strength consist of a 8-10 rep range
This IMO make the workout a meso 2 sub rather than a meso1. It is not, to my knowledge, a high rep strength program.
As to leg segment the rep range contain partials with high rep range added throughout
the program--- 15 reps. This is the bottom end of high rep range. Meso1/2 depending on the weight load selected.
