Cathe Live Rotation?

I was curious to see if anyone came up with a Cathe Live rotation? There are plenty workouts now, and it would be fun working out with Cathe "Live" every day.

Hi Christine, this is what I did the last four weeks for a break in my ICE obsession. There are a few here and there that are dvd workouts. I wasn't looking for any particular fitness gains, I was missing the Live workouts and wanted to incorporate them into a rotation. I also alternated only two cycling workouts(my favorites) but she has five to choose from, if no bike just substitute with another Live cardio. Hope this helps!

Week One
Saturday - Boot Camp Blast Off Live
Sunday- Soaker Cycle Live
Monday - Strong Total Body Live
Tuesday - Step Fit (DVD)
Wednesday - Turbo Barre (DVD)
Thursday - Gloved Up and Ready Live
Friday - Off

Week Two
Saturday - Athletic Training Live
Sunday - Pedal To The Metal Live
Monday- Rock It Sock It Live
Tuesday- Legs With Weights and Stability Ball Live
Wednesday - Get Steppin' Live
Thursday - Strong Upper Body & Core Live
Friday - Off

Week Three
Saturday - Total Body Cardio and Weights Live
Sunday - Soaker Cycle Live
Monday - PHAT 2 Live
Tuesday - Cardio Kicks (DVD)
Wednesday - Solid Cardio and HiiT Live
Thursday - Total Body Barbell and Bands Live

Week Four
Saturday- Blast Barre and Bands Live
Sunday - Pedal To The Metal Live
Monday - Rock It Sock It Live
Tuesday - Party Rockin' Step #1 or #2 (DVD)
Wednesday - Great Glutes (DVD)
Thursday - Barbell Upper Body Live
