Today was 4DS Lower Intensity Step ( very familiar after doing the Cathe Live Step Sweat yesterday..), omitted the calf section.
 
Hi gals,

I did the Get Amped Taebo workout today.

My son is going to the gym with me and a guy I met was willing to work with my son and today my poor son is very sore:'(

Poor kid no pain no muscle growth:)
 
Hey ladies,

I worked out yesterday. I did. swear!!!!

Yesterday I did Cathe Live Upper Body + Core. No Core. Then I did 160 weighted squats - 40 pounds. I am trying to firm up my booty.
