Other Cathe workouts similar to Meso 1 ands Meso 2

Hi,
Does anyone know which of Cathe's other workouts would be similar to Meso 1 and Meso 2?

To what Nathalie suggested, just off the top of my head I would add the following to the list:

Meso 1: Pure Strength series; Legs & Glutes; Butts & Guts
Meso 2: XTrain Chest, Back, & Shoulders; XTrain Bis & Tris

IMHO, Upper body segment from Pure Strength consist of a 8-10 rep range
This IMO make the workout a meso 2 sub rather than a meso1. It is not, to my knowledge, a high rep strength program.

As to leg segment the rep range contain partials with high rep range added throughout
the program--- 15 reps. This is the bottom end of high rep range. Meso1/2 depending on the weight load selected.

This workout is mainly compound stuff.
