Solid cardio of your choice?

When Cathe specifies this in a rotation, which of her DVDs would fit the bill? (She usually says to do a spinning DVD or solid cardio, but since I don't have a spin bike I would need to do the solid cardio.)
 
I usually pick a step dvd or boxing/kickboxing workout. For me, it all depends on what other workouts are scheduled for that week because I like to have a variety.
 
I almost always do a step dvd. Lately, I'm still working on learning Party Rocking Step 2. So I usually do PR Step 1 and then add on as many sections as I can to learn PR Step 2.
 
For me, I guess it depends on what else is planned for the week. I might pick an Imax or something more steady state.
 
I always assumed it meant cardio which wasn't HiiT. Like Firemedic - kickbox or step for me if it's a dvd. Bike ride, swim etc if I can get out for a while!
