- Success? Maybe a personal success. I have gone from being a 'fat' child, to a '(hopefully) fit and agile teenager, who loves exercise. The success is simply that my passion in life is exercise and it is good for me!

Well, I did muscle max on Sunday, and today, and I have increased my weights already!! I am soo pleased :-) My weak biceps are starting to wake up :-) I am so happy I'm giddy. I didn't expect to see improvements so quickly. Ooh, I do like Cathe
