    Hi Nathalie, I tried the 1st glute one so far. It was pretty good. Although I was very surprised that I had zero doms in my glutes. And I both mentally and physically focused on that area too. My quads were sore which was a little disappointing... There was this one kneeling into a low squat move (can't remember the name) which is what I believe made my quads sore.

    I'm probably not going to do a rotation with these and just add them in once in a while. Enjoy your STS rotation :) And I'd love to hear what you think of EBE2...
