I hate being a beginner. I have exercised at home since the Firm 20 years ago, and LOVE Cathe workouts. I just hate that beginner soreness- that achy pain all over that is miserable- being unable to move... I wish I could say that I have exercised consistently for the last 20 years, unfortunately it is on again off again. I have been in graduate school & working full time for the last few years, I haven't worked out since last fall- now I have graduated, and there is nothing stopping me...
