    Ok so last week I finished my last mesocycle of STS. I wish I could report I lost weight but that's not the case I don't diet so it always keeps my results slower. It's funny though my back looks great I have the slope again instead of a shelf! I feel stronger and find my job easier ( I pick things up & put them down!LOL!). I think I'm gonna run through the entire program again and see where I'm at afterwards.

    Done Mesocycle one! I haven't lost any weight yet but I can feel the difference in my body and strength when I work out.At least I'm not aching this week!! Gonna try Cardio Curcuit this morning. Come Sunday I start mesocycle 2.

    OMG I'm so excited I got STS last week and now I'll have the Shock Cardio coming soon. I'll post my results here we'll see how well I did soon . I will finish up at the end of April just in time for summer!!

    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    Cathe is so straightforward without that kindergarden teacher tone that I can't stand. The workouts are extremely challenging for me so I'm constantly being pushed to try harder.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I got my first Cathe video from Collage Video 10 yrs ago. I was looking for something a little more challenging. At that point I had only done Jane Fonda videos. My first video was Mega Step Blast and the first time I watched it I said WHOA! what did I just get myself into? But the results were fantastic and I was hooked from there.
    When I began doing Cathe Workouts
    10 years ago but I am not a constant exerciser. It's been off and on.
