- Bought from Collage Video - was a Firm nut. Liked Power Hour and Rhythmic Step. Then Jan. '08 bought some of CF's videos from Collage, loved them and started coming to the website and forum. Keeps me focused and motivated.

- Since January '08 I've lost @ 10 lbs, 10+ inches, Gone from a tight, tight size 6 to a very loose size 4. Improved in endurance, strength and energy. Feel much more empowered, more in control, more of who I know I am. Feels great.

I remember last Fall seeing this new blog option at cathenation.com and feeling excited. I could try being more personally revealing, online, for free.
It felt scary, but I liked it. Very satisfying.

So, over the past two weeks – I’ve been ‘struggling’.
I use the word 'struggling' word hesitantly. When I step back and look at things I am a bit ashamed of myself for feeling this sort of struggle. I have so many good things going on…great husband, I’m healthy, I love my work, financially things are good, I feel at home in my home, I have caring friends and I’m interested in a ton of things…there’s some good things going on around here.
Truly in the scheme of things,...

I haven't written here lately - but have been thinking about it alot. I like doing this and want to get back to it.

He was gracious, interested and interesting as he described how the association he developed helps consultants build and expand their businesses. I listened and feigned interest because he was so sincere and obviously passionate about what he's doing.
I wrote the date of his next association meeting in my calendar, agreeing that I would “be happy to attend” as I was thinking and feeling that I was not interested at all in the association or in attending this meeting.

I've not written in a week. Kind of missed putting my thoughts here... Here's a some fun - a dog and cat pet diary. My dog, Oscar, teaches me how to be happy in the moment and my cat, Felix teaches me how to be connected to the ones I love and my own person - at the same time.
