    Hi Lisa!!

    After 3 months of starting Cathe's Beginner Rotation.She said I should work on Cardio and Weigths as the next stepping stone. Can you tell me what Cardio and Weights she is talking about???. Also I could not find, the intermediate rotation for the Cardio and Weights. If you could help me with this, that would be great.

    P.S. Which DVD is intermediate: The Bodyblast or The Intensity Series??

My Success Story

My Success Story
About 3 years ago I lost about 100 pounds-the first 55 from just working out and the rest by doing WW's. I got married about a year and a half ago and have managed to put back on about 20 pound of what I lost. I've recently re-focused and am ready to get back to where I was!!
