Finally! I made it through the first week of STS. I feel great! I used to workout 5 days a week, every week. I took 1 month leave at work, went overseas, didn't workout, and ate everything I had in front of me. I gained 10 pounds! I just started a new diet, and the STS. I've lost 2 pounds so far! It is awesome!
