As I continue on my 6 1/2 month STS journey, I have now completed disc 1 -6 twice through. I now realize why this was orginally designed to be a longer rotation. The second time around defintely helps you improve on the things that you missed the first time around. I am stronger, my form is better and I truly appreicate what it takes to get in shape and stay in shape.

I completed disc 1 - 3 for the second time on Friday. The pushups weren't as bad this time around. I was able to do them all on my toes with the exception of 5. My second fav workout of STS is back & triceps. I don't know if its because I am working on 2 body parts versus 3, but it seems to flow better. I am going to blog about my experience doing STS for the next six months. I started on Aug. 3rd, after returning from the RT. I had so much fun and meet some really awesome people. As most of you know, in the 6 mon rotation you do each week of workouts twice. Today I complete week 1 doing disc 1 -3 and my cardio for this week were:

I am very excite to be attending I very first road trip. I have been working very hard to look fit and healthy. Building up my endurance and strength. Once I return I will be starting STS again doing the 6 month rotation. Hopefully I will have plenty of company.
