- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I grew up watching my mother do Kathy Smith workouts in the living room. I eventually started doing some on my own. While looking for new videos to add to my routine, I kept finding DVD reviews that said "This workout is pretty good, but Cathe's are better!" I knew I had to try them.
