I am bad at blogging, I write my workouts here instead of teaching myself the workout manager cause I be one lazy arse bee-otch.
Anyway, I am in love with kettlebells, really I am. I can see myself doing these for a long time and really getting alot out of these workouts, they just "fit" me for some reason.
Today I did Providence--more weight training-like if you can call it that. The 3 minute snatch thingys wiped me out, I had to do them with my 15 pounder...

Is titters even a word??
I did not post yesterday's workout, but did itrain number 3 -60 minutes, and I ran about 20 minutes of that, I have not run in over 5 years, so it was interesting. Not supposed to run due to my hip replacement, but whatever...so yeah, today I am feeling it. I also did a light back workout and calves...
Today I will do my kettlebell workout with Mr. Sand Dunes--aka the Extreme Kettlebell workout from dragondoor. Its killer.
Hope I can make...

Ahhh...the smell of the ocean, the seagulls, the water, I love it here!
I brought my 15 and 20 pound kettle bells with me along with three workouts, so this next week is going to be kettlebell friendly, plan on doing 4 workouts, along with 1 light leg workout at the gym. I am getting sick of weights and need this change.
Will be doing my usual 6 days of cardio...bth HIIT and steady state, using CC and itrains.
Yesterday was a rest day so today will be steady state...

Made it back to San Diego safe and sound. Took today as a rest day of course, went grocery shopping and watched Project Runway even though I have already seen it, I adore that show!
Off to walk the pup, watch the sailboats and cook some chilean sea bass for dinner.

I didn't do my leg workout yesterday, so today will torture myself with P90X legs and back, abs and some cardio. Yep, I do it all folks, I am the body type that needs my cardio and I hardly ever feel "overtrained" at all!
