I have been away from Cathe Dvd's (any Dvd's) for six months. I am finally ready to get back to my Cathe workouts and started with what I thought would be a good first dvd. It was Cardio supersets (LIS series). The day after I did it and now for several days, I have lower back pain that has prevented me from doing any other tapes. I am assuming that I should perhaps get my core back in shape before using the gliding discs so much but curious if anyone else has had a similar problem.
