Here I am, only five months since I started working out and getting serious about taking care of myself and four months since I became a part of a great community - The Cathe Nation. I have lost over 20 pounds, have started running, which I never though I would EVER do and am feeling better than I ever did when I was 20! I am now 47 years old.

Well, just when I thought I was at a good place - losing weight and getting close to my goal, starting to work on strength and muscle definition, working with Couch to 5K to get to where I can run and just feeling good physically and feeling good about myself (long sentence, I know), I get hit with another wonderful surprise!

Tried the Step Blast workout for the first time tonight! I really love it! Missed a bunch of steps, but not as badly as when I did my very first Cathe workout back in March! Trying to start mixing up my cardio so I don't get bored as I have mastered the All Step Cardio Fusion workout.
Once I get this one down (planning on working it two days a week so I don't forget what I've learned and can improve on it each week), then I'll add in the Mixed Cardio routine from Cardio Fusion....

Well, I have returned from vacation! Only got in one workout, it was a good one, though! The rest of the time was too busy and eventful to squeeze anything else in. That's okay.
Although I also got hit with a lovely sinus infection, I am ready to get back on the bandwagon and start my regular routine back! Not going to bother with a weigh in until next week Friday (if I can resist that scale sitting in the bathroom!).
Hopefully, I can ditch this mess in my head...

Well, the day is here. I feel weird not setting up for my evening workout today! I'm going to do my very best to workout at least doing something every day I can while down South! If I can at least not gain any weight, I'll be happy! It's going to be a long day! Work all day, then fly all night and won't arrive at JAX until midnight! Then, it's up early to get ready to drive to Macon, GA for my niece's wedding.
