I knew this week was going to be tough on my clean eating regimine. Not only were the kids heading back to school but I was starting a new job and then low and behold my cycle started! So I have been fighting my cravings tooth and nail this week and I have been very crabby to live with! I know that it'll subside soon. I just need to stay focused!

Well, I have been doing this clean eating thing for a couple weeks and I am feeling great! I have much more energy eating every 2-3 hours! I always thought this would be too hard for a busy Mom to do but it hasn't been too bad! It does take planning ahead though and that can sometimes be tricky.
Since I gave up the processed stuff my tummy is flatter and I never feel bloated! My waist is down almost a 1/4"!

Well, one week ago today I started eating and training as if I were going to compete in a figure competition. I am so happy that I kept my food so clean and healthy every day! I did not cheat even when I had a cheat meal scheduled!
I have more energy than I expected as well! I am eating every 2-3 hours, 6x a day. I took a "before" pic but will wait before I post that! LOL!
