    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    I can't believe how much fun I have being tortured by Cathe! I get such a good workout and just feel like I've really accomplished something when I finish a Cathe workout.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    My husband went online to look for Christmas presents and ordered 4 Cathe workouts for me. We lived in West Africa at the time so I wasn't able to get a step, I used an african "headpan" to step up onto. I wouldn't recommend it!

I did disc 2 yesterday. I was wondering how I would do the chin-ups (or at least approximate them, there's no way I can do a chin-up). My daughter however can do them all day long, she can do more than all the boys in her class! Gymnastics sure makes strong girls.

Anyway, I used the bar in my husbands weight machine and set it on it's lowest setting then sat on the floor and did my "chin-ups". Someday I hope to do an actual one! :-)

OK, I did STS disc 1 yesterday. Wow, I had forgotten about all those nasty push-ups that I saw in the preview. I also learned that some of my weights were so heavy I could barely finish the set, are we supposed to be working to failure in Mesocycle 1?

But...I really like the new workouts, it's fun to be finally doing the workouts and not just reading about them. I wonder if I'll see a big difference in my body shape?

Well, another exam tonight, in Fundamentals. ...

Busy day today, after being snowed in until about 4:00 p.m. yesterday I had a lot to catch up on at work. Thankfully I was able to do a lot of work from home thanks to the wonderful remote access we have. So, I got everything done and don't have to go in on Friday (my day off).

Nursing class went well, except I found out that I probably shouldn't have given blood last summer having had hepatitis, malaria and having lived in West Africa for 15 years. I don't know why the ladies...
