My Success Story

My Success Story
Since my last one was born 6years ago. My life changed. I was used to working out just about whenever I wanted and had time to do it. With 2 kids and a demanding job I neglected to exercise for the last 6 years. I would do some now and then but not anything routinely. Then my workplace gave the employees a fitness center and I could workout at lunch! I have been doing this for the last 5 months and have watched my body change back to the fit and toned person I once knew. I run 3 miles 5 days a week and have done Cathe's power hour, max intensisty strength, body max and butts and guts. 2 times a week at home. I have just purchased the meso cycle series and have done the first dvd in meso cycle one. I am very excited to see the results 3 months from now. I liked the first video very much and look forward to more. Thanks Cathe.
