    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    I love Cathe's workouts because they've pushed me to new fitness levels and have challenged me to do more than I really ever thought was possible using video and home workouts. And, most important, because they're really fun!
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    A friend I worked with loaned me some old VHS workouts that his wife used to use. One of them was Cathe's Power Max. The web site was listed on the cover. The rest is history.
