    This is the real deal!
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I saw her on Fit TV many years ago..before I was able to bring it to this level. I've always had her workouts as a goal (..when I get fit enough, I'll do the Cathe workouts....) and now I'm finally here. Everything I've done has only prepared me for this level of intensity!
