I truly do love it when the peeps here and over in Coach Sean's place decide to do the CCPP day together.

Today was that day yet again!
If you're not sure what the heck I'm talking about then let me ramble on K?

The last Saturday of each month many of us here in CatheNation along with Coach Sean's forums decide to do a collective workout together using CCPP or Choose Living Press Play workout <--- That's the link.
Anyways..... I did CCPP with the add on challenge...

Not much occurred today...
As I sit here and listen to some relaxing jazz over on ( A truly must see site for music aficionados Thank You Suzie aka Wake Up Eager)

Ahhh another day where I have felt good.

Today I did 4DS HIS w/ Chest & Back.

I went a bit heavier than normally as I did more testing.

Boy am I just plain tuckered out - I'm so ready to climb into bed it's not even funny [Image]

My oldest DD is now a licensed driver and I was really surprised how emotional I got when she proudly showed me her new driver's license.

Tuesday's Thoughts

Well another day is slowly closing to an end. [Image]
So time to recap how this Tuesday panned out for me.

I just couldn't get up at 4am (I'm re- training my body to get up and be ready for my workouts before 5am but itís a slow process) eventually I'll get there again. Did get up at 5:30 am does that count?
