My Success Story

My Success Story
In 2006 I lost 20 lbs, dropping from a size 12 to a size 6. I began to work out at that point and discovered that the reason I'd never stuck with it was that I had hypoglycemia and would feel horrible when I worked out or immediately following... so once that was fixed with diet modifications, I was good to go. So I started with Turbo Jam and within 2 months I'd dropped another 10 lbs and 1-2 dress sizes (down to 2's and 4's) but had started to build some muscle tone.

Two years later and I've gravitated to my old love of strength training... the only thing I enjoyed in PE in High School! I am still a size 2 or 4, but look WAY better than before, feel amazing (no more creaks and groans as I get up in the morning and no more more lower back pain). I no longer have sausage arms. LOL And my pulse, blood pressure and recovery rate have improved dramatically. Stamina is great. My attitude is better... and best of all, I no longer have the feeling that I am losing my mind!
