I finished Mesocycle 1 today, I'm not going to take an active recovery week next week. I'm going right into Mesocycle 2 on Monday. Vegas is coming and I can't afford to take a week off. I didn't lift heavy enough in Meso 1 as I never completed all of my 1 rep max tests. I'm also going to add an extra leg day on Sundays if I can.
