- My Success Story
- By April 2002 I had reached 192 pounds. My eating habits in college were atrocious and I wasn't active AT ALL. When I realized I was almost 200 pounds, I opened my eyes. I used the concepts behind Weight Watchers to improve my eating, quit smoking, and took up the Firm, starting with BSS1. Within the year I had lost 60 pounds. I have sinced gained back 20, but I'm in the best shape I've ever been and I have never looked back.
