    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    Cathes workouts actually challenge me and ive never found a dvd or celeb that have made a workout that really did anything for me. i love weight training and sweating and she brings it to the table!
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    i saw her on fit tv, started doing her w/o when i was bored with my own. now im hooked!!

I dont really have a success story, i started weight training with my husband when i was 19 and i fell in love with it. now im 36 and in the best shape of my life and love to move...i have alot of energy=)
