I quit my job, took a month off to do nothing, cause I was so stressed out from my old job I gained 15lbs and started having daily headaches.
A month later I started looking for a new job. And going to a local hole in the wall gym. Lost 12lbs. Still have them gone too!

Cause of course I got hurt before I could start. Tweeked my back at work and wow did it hurt for several days. Oh well. That happens.
I'm not sure if I have the time or energy for STS right now anyway. I think I'm going to have to start like a high beginner/low intermediate exerciser. A couple months to get a little higher workout level and time to get a new job lined up before I worry about STS.

Maybe this time I'll actually get past the first week or two.
This time I'm taking 2 weeks to prepare myself. Doing workouts to get my body ready. And then a couple days to work on the 1rep maxes. I'm not going to do them all, but I will do all the 4 and 5 star and some of the 3 star moves. That will get me a good start.

I've decided to try STS again. I started it back well, in Feb when I first got it, did 2 weeks, got sick, started working lots of 12 hour night shifts, enough to make this part-time worker get overtime 3 payperiods in a row, and quit.
Well, things are slowing down a little, and I'm wanting to get into a shape that isn't round for swimsuit season. I figure I can have the first mesocycle done before I go shopping for a new suit and I hope will be needing a smaller size.

Yep starting tomorrow. Not 100% by the book, cause I enjoy longer steady state cardio sometimes, so I"ll do that when I feel the urge. Oh, and I enjoy Cardio Coach interval training, so I'll use that for my HIT cardio.
My birth contol I had issues with was generic Seasonale. I've read several women have trouble with the generic version. I know I did.
