    Hi, I just wanted to thank you for responding to my post concerning knee bruises. Your response prompted my discontinuation of the iron supplement I was taking, and within two days, the bruising and pain had stopped and the condition has now resolved. I very much appreciate your help!

    Interesting post re: Clean Eating on the Open Discussion Forum. Your statement about Commercial Foods sums up the first two thirds of the book I'm into right now. It's called "The end of overeating", by David A. Kessler, MD, former head of the FDA.

My Success Story

My Success Story
About two years ago I had been coming off of an injury and began with my easiest workout dvds just three times a week. These were 15 minute workouts. I was about 258 pounds. I began listening to two weight loss podcasts which really saved my life. I started with The Reasonable Diet which showed me how to customize my own diet to my needs and then I also listened to The Inside Out Weight Loss podcast. As of today I'm down to 185#. I workout 6 days a week and I add yoga at least once a week. I do a Cathe workout three days a week. And I wog for three days a week.

Anti-biotics do help with bacterial infections (my rash is going down.) but they do also tend to wipe me out. I wish I could do something but my brain is not there enough to do it right now. I'm surfing the net just bored with it.

I really want to lose some more weight. I'm going to be more intent with my clean eating in the next week. Follow the beginner's rotation more faithfully (easier to do when feeling better.) I missed yesterday's workout cause I was at the Doctor's...
