- About two years ago I had been coming off of an injury and began with my easiest workout dvds just three times a week. These were 15 minute workouts. I was about 258 pounds. I began listening to two weight loss podcasts which really saved my life. I started with The Reasonable Diet which showed me how to customize my own diet to my needs and then I also listened to The Inside Out Weight Loss podcast. As of today I'm down to 185#. I workout 6 days a week and I add yoga at least once a week. I do a Cathe workout three days a week. And I wog for three days a week.

Anti-biotics do help with bacterial infections (my rash is going down.) but they do also tend to wipe me out. I wish I could do something but my brain is not there enough to do it right now. I'm surfing the net just bored with it.
I really want to lose some more weight. I'm going to be more intent with my clean eating in the next week. Follow the beginner's rotation more faithfully (easier to do when feeling better.) I missed yesterday's workout cause I was at the Doctor's...
