    Hi Amelia, I don't know if you remember me from the WW check in last year. I fell off and stopped posting. I am not very good at that. Your progress has bee wonderful and inspiring. I still have at least 100lbs to lose. I start and stop. Any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

My Success Story

My Success Story
My weight-loss adventure started after the birth of my son back in the summer of 2005. I let myself go big time. I wasn't happy and i really hated looking in the mirror or seeing myself in pictures. My starting weight was 278lbs and after talking about losing weight for so long, i wanted to START. I wanted to LIVE at my best! So,in the middle of the summer i started moving more and watching what i ate...the lbs started coming off. I remember discovering Cathe's workouts during my first plateau and boy did she blow that plateau away!

So far(feb,2010) ive slowly managed to lose 104lbs. Still got some more weight to lose before i can settle into maintaining.

The keys to my weight loss has been planing. I write down everything i eat, my workouts for that day and if im having a bad day i will keep track of that too. Ive found that planning my meals ahead of time really keeps me on track.

Im NOT perfect by any means. I've learned to indulge in moderation. I will have my slips ever
