Did Lauren Brooks' KB workout again this morning. Felt great. I felt really strong. I can tell my left side is catching up with my right side. I can tell a difference in my stomach and waist as well. This is one kick arse workout.

I did the low impact pre-mix of Kick Max today, followed by One-on-One with Tony Horton. I felt very strong today. I am going to attempt to do my kettlebell workout three times a week until the road trip to see how my body responds. I will also have the goal of clean eating, which I do most of the time. But, like everyone, have slip-ups once in a while.

I am 5'4" and weigh about 140. I am pretty muscular with an athletic build.

Waist - 29
Hips - 36
Thighs - 20.5
Arms - 11
Goals are to lose body fat and gain muscle definition. Need to whittle the middle. Not bad for four kids though.

First blog post.
This morning I did Lauren Brooks' kettlebell workout. I was amazing. I absolutely loved it.
Am trying to eat better. This morning I had a banana and walnuts and a protein shake after my workout. Much better than the Cheez-Its from yesterday.
