- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I was browsing videofitness.com shortly after the birth of my son, circa 2000. I didn't get any of her videos then because I was on the FIRM and thought she was too hard for me. :]~
- When I began doing Cathe Workouts
- Shortly after the birth of DS #2 in 2004, I bought my first Cathe DVDs: the Classics and PH+. Been hooked since.
