    Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
    I can do a step class quality workout in my house! Cathe is the only instructor i've found that I like and provides a challenging workout.
    How I found out about Cathe Workouts
    I was finding my firm workouts too easy and needed something at home to challenge myself. Someone on the VF forum mentioned Cathe and I was hooked when I checked out the website and ordered Low Max!

My Success Story

My Success Story
After my son was born I lost 66lbs (30 from my pregnancy and 36 from before I got pg) w/ Cathe, the elliptical, and running. Hopefully I can get back down there again.

My Goals

My Fitness Goals :Get back down to my goal weight after gaining a ton of weight back! The first 30lbs came along w/ fertility drugs and stress eating and the next 10 came w/ my "i'm already overweight, I might as well eat!" attitude and the final 10 came with starting nursing school.
