My eating was really good yesterday.
This morning I got up and did Hiit Pyramid and AC Medicine Ball Abs!
Yesterday afternoon, I passed on snitching something out of the boys Halloween candy or anything similar and had an apple and a banana for my afternoon snack. I'd made black beans for lunch and made nachos with nutritional yeast cheeze and lots of lettuce. Then had a really big salad for supper.
Off to a good start today. Just have to figure out lunch as we...

Today was Body Max 2 Timesaver Cardio. One of my favorite short cardios!
I need to make out a menu for next week and buy the food tomorrow. More importantly I actually need to eat the food on the menu next week!
I've got to stop the transition that goes think of something I should eat and then go and get the thing I shouldn't eat. Need to switch on the rational side of the brain and stop listening to the non helpful side!

Awhile back, my husband bought Body Fusion for himself, so today I tried the add-ons. I'd actually done the stability ball abs, which is a really good ab workout. I found the lower body and upper body add ons easy, even though I used heavier weights. However, since I'm still getting back up to speed it made a decent full body workout.
I am really struggling with my diet. It's not like I'm eating lousy - especially in comparison to the average American, but certainly not as cleanly...

The weird soreness on the insides of my knee had me reaching for Stretch Max after I did a yoga warm-up this morning. I just couldn't find a stretch though that really hit the area well. I'm hoping by tomorrow it has faded, as I really want to get in a strength workout that includes legs!
