- My Success Story
- I have 6 children, having my last two, identical twin boys at the age of 41. The day I turned 45 was the first day that I ever worked out. A friend encouraged me to work out three days a week. I went back to bed after the first workout. I was so depressed and feeling so old. I continued and finally felt good after a workout after about 4-5 months of working out 3 days a week. The rest is history. Last year was very stressful for me and I worked out faithfully 5 to 6 days a week going very heavy and I have seen such an improvement, plus due to stress I had to cut out sweets and wheat stuff they just made me sick. Wow, what a difference and I haven't returned to them.
