- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- I saw Cathe when we had FitTV, which I wish we still had. Anyway, I read about her in the paper a few years later. I remembered liking what she did on the channel, so I went to her website and decided to try Butts & Gutts for starters. I hope to have as many of her DVDs as possible one day. Cathe has such a wealth of experience and is such an inspiration.
