- I know I was successful using my Cathe workouts when a week ago my 10yr old-78 pound son was tired and I put him on my back and carried him for 10mins and WAS NOT TIRED! I couldnt believe how strong I got! I will never yell at my tapes again when I am lunges :)

This morning I got up and I just didnt feel like working out. Well I wanted to work out but not anything taxing. What do I mean by taxing- well today was my pyramid upper body day but just the thought of getting all the weights out and setting up was just too taxing. Ok lets face it I was being lazy and didnt want to feel the pain

So I really want to build my upper body- need some biceps to complete the package-with Cathe's help I got some shoulders and triceps but I need some biceps to have that nice shapely arm look-
the problem- I HATE doing my biceps.
Everytime I get to that part I swear I notice its time to go, or something distracts me. Its not like I dont do them, I do, but I cant handle the pain when I go above 10-12 pounds
Anyone has any tricks. I have Cathe's tricep/bicep...
