I am so unmotivated right now!
I am supposed to start STS with my hubby on Monday and I am just NOT feeling it. I don't even feel like cardio.
I was doing so well, and now I am starting to fall off the wagon. This is the same thing that happens to me every time and I don't know how to stop it.
If anyone has the secret to staying on track please let me know.
And I should also add that I have no will power. None. I deny myself nothing, which...

I know you have been anxiously awaiting my second episode, so here we go.
I was totally re-motivated yesterday because when I got on the scale I was down 5.5 lbs! WooHoo! So of course, in my head, this meant I was awesome. Nothing I can't do. Spastic episode #1 was just a fading memory, clearly an anomaly. So much so, that I was ready for 4DS High Intensity Step AND Upper body. Why do it half way?
So, I did learn my lesson after the last fall, and choose to just...

Ok, so I had a good weekend, went into work yesterday and spent the day wondering if it is possible to actually die of boredom.
The conclusion I came to is that while you can not die of boredom, you can feel yourself getting stupider due to said boredom.
By the time I got home and walked the dog, I was exhausted. I have no idea why sitting for 8 hours doing nothing but surf the web is tiring but it is.

On Friday night I was super excited because I decided to try my Cathe 4 Day Split. It is 4 different workouts, and all are completely kick ass!

I did end up buying all the beginner DVDs. I have retried 2-3x to follow the Beginner Rotation and love it, but injuries/sickness keep getting me up to about the 4 week mark and then I can no longer to it for a short time and need to start again. I love all the DVDs that I did get and have now bought almost all of the Cathe Series -- CTX, 4 Day Split, Pure Strength, Hardcore Series... I am planning to eventually get to the point where I can be consistent and Cathe's DVDs no matter how many times I have had to restart, never get boring; they always seem new to me. I hope this helps and sorry for taking over a year and a half to get back to you. What did you end up doing?
