My Success Story
Sad and depressed, I struggled with my weight for many years... I finally got mad enough to start using my elliptical and watch my diet in April of 2008... I felt great ! Then I started rollerblading and running -- I lost 30 lbs and feel great ! In spring of 2009, I started doing work out videos with the Kathy Smith Tummy Trimmers. That became easy, so I found Cathe Friedrich's Butts & Guts - now that one is a challenge (which I love) ! I signed up for jujitsu classes in Sept. 2009 - but I ended up falling and breaking my leg at jujitsu (right tibia plateau)... I was off for 3 months, but now back at it again. I cannot tell you how much the Butts & Guts video helped me regain the strength in my leg... it was incredible ! My recovery has been phenomenal ! Now I am back to rollerblading, elliptical and several other Cathe videos (but limited running)... I have also been using a weighted vest that I bought from the Cathe.com website. Best of all, I have made some new on-line
